For International travel, we will advise the lodgement times depending on the airline.

If the airline or us deem your pet to require veterinary assistance during their journey, we will contact you immediately and arrange any necessary services upon your approval.
Pets must travel in IATA/airline approved crates, meet health requirements, and be checked in at designated times. We take care of all the logistics.
Comfort & Safety
Pet Comfort & Safety
Travelling domestically, you are allowed to include a blanket or clothing for comfort however no toys are permitted in the crate.
Travelling Internationally, we will advise you what you are allowed to include in the crate, depending on the airline and destination.
Sedation is not recommended due to the risks involved. However, if this is something that is specifically advised by a veterinarian, there are additional requirements that will have to be met for the airline to accept your pet for travel.
There are products that we can recommend which will assist with keeping your pet calm if this is a concern. We also recommend familiarising your pet with their crate and adding a blanket or clothing that smells like home into the crate.
We recommend feeding your pet 6-8 hours prior to travel and giving them a good opportunity to toilet prior to the flight. Soiling the crate before being loaded onto the aircraft may lead to being offloaded.
We recommend crate training before travel to help your pet feel comfortable. Keeping your pet hydrated and ensuring they’ve had a good walk or play before travel also helps reduce stress.
Your pet’s crate must allow them to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably. We can advise on the correct size and supply IATA/airline approved travel crates.
