Hi Leanne, you helped us with our dog Musashi to Japan just recently on short notice and without a lot of help from our side! Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for your efforts at short notice. Musashi arrived safe and well and has settled in pretty well to his new life :) I meant to mail earlier with a photo but it's been a predictably mental couple of weeks between new bub, long haul business trips and the international move process with a dog in tow. Leanne shipped my dog Starsya who is a 11month old Pomeranian. Starsya flew from Perth to Christchurch. For me the move was really hard and I was in Nz 3 weeks before. I had been fretting about my dog and the journey she was about to take. I need not have worried. Leanne was awesome. Even when I was being overly concerned. I was so happy with the way things went . I was sent photos of Starsya during her journey to keep my mind at ease. Starsya arrived in Christchurch safe and sound albeit a little bewildered as you would expect. The cost was way more competitive and 100% value for money. I am a retired veterinary technician and I would not hesitate in recommending All Care Pet Transport.

Leanne was impeccable in her assistance with moving our Yorkshire Terrier / Chihuahua back to the UK from Perth, AU. Having already been through the process once we were still understandably worried however Leanne and her team made the process as easy as possible for us. We were kept informed throughout the day when our dog was collected, even sent pictures of her walking prior to boarding. Great service, good price (cheaper than every alternative we found) but no sacrifice on service quality. Would definitely recommend. Stella is happy, safe and back where she belongs. Thank you.

When we first decided to buy our dog ‘Chokko’ from Queensland, we really didn’t know what to expect. This company made it so easy and the response for the quote was very fast. They walked us through the whole process and let us know in detail how our pet would be transported. Not only that if I was ever unsure I would call them and they would always put me at ease. And the price! I honestly thought getting a dog flown from Queensland to the Pilbara would set me back a few grand. Wasn’t even over $500. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of transport. They are professional and really care for the animals. Just like ‘Chokko’ when he needed to stay overnight before his final flight. They made me feel at ease and were happy to send photos of my puppy’s progress. Use this company people, you will not regret it.

Sorry this is belated, but we just wanted to say many thanks for delivering Flash, Rushdie and Manoli from Perth to Houston, TX safely! We were ( as you know ) anxious about the logistics of carting 2 cats and our big greyhound across the pond, but you made us feel very relaxed and confident about the process. All Care Pet Transport shipped my beloved Dog Molly from Kalgoorlie, Western Australia to Christchurch New Zealand in May 2013. We are very pleased to report that Fanny arrived in good shape in Aberdeen this evening. It was a very happy reunion, but we thank so much for an excellent job done in getting Fanny through without any problems on this long journey.

I just wanted to thankyou for your help in organising the flights, follow up calls and emails etc. for our German Shepherd puppy on the 7th of January this year. I know it is your job, but the extra call you made on the day to inform us he had made it on the second flight was a relief as we had driven such a long way.
